Pam Gleeson is a highly regarded Australian artist whose creative practice has evolved through a distinguished career in both photography and painting. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Tasmania, she established and operated a successful photography studio in Hobart for over 20 years, earning a reputation for artistic excellence and technical expertise.

Following her career in photography, Pam embraced painting as a full-time creative pursuit. Now based in Glenlyon, Victoria, she works from her home studio, where her years behind the camera continue to influence every aspect of her artistic process. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions across both photography and painting.

Drawing on her extensive photographic background, Pam has developed a painting style that celebrates light, colour and composition. Her keen eye for perspective and visual storytelling is evident in each piece, with many of her landscapes reflecting the expansive viewpoints that first captivated her as a landscape photographer.
