Hidden in the Forest
I discovered this hut by chance on a walk to view a waterfall in north western Tasmania near the Mersey River. The afternoon light was lighting the grass in the glade and highlighted the roof of the hut bringing it to my attention. The hut possibly belonged to a wood cutter in the early days of Tasmania's white settlement history as it is constructed of timber slabs and bark shingles.
